During this maintenance you will not be able to create, edit, delete, or publish Docs articles. Your Docs site will still be available for visitors.

Scheduled Database Maintenance Jun 14, 2025 09:00-11:30 EDT

From 9:00 AM to 11:30 AM EST on Saturday, June 14, 2025, we will be performing database maintenance that will take chat offline.

Starting at 9:00 AM, no new chats will be able to be initiated, but agents in active chats at that time will not be disconnected. At 9:30 AM, the chat service will go fully offline for approximately two hours.

Resolved - Our engineers have resolved the root cause of the issue with Views. They should be loading now as normal. We're closing this out and our engineers will continue to monitor. Sorry for the trouble today!

Scheduled - We will be performing a scheduled database maintenance on Saturday, May 24, 2025 that should last about 1 hour and 30 minutes, starting at 9:30 AM Eastern.

During this maintenance, portions of the Inbox API, which affect custom apps and third-party integrations, will be inaccessible, as detailed below.

• You will not be able to create, update, or delete apps
• You will not be able to revoke tokens
• Integrations will not be able to authorize new users
• Integrations will not be able to refresh expired tokens

Integrations with existing tokens will still be able to call the API and you will be able to see your apps and tokens in Help Scout. Please alert any team membes that maintain your apps & integrations if they are not subscribed to status updates.
